These Cherry Ripe Bars are so simple to make and taste delicious! 👏

Ingredients

2 Cups frozen cherries

1 Cup coconut cream

2 Tbsp stevia 

2 Tbsp coconut oil

1 scoop Vanilla Noway - Collagen Protein

1 Cup desiccated coconut

1/2 Cup coconut flour

1 Cup dark choc chips + 1 Tbsp coconut oil

 

Method

Melt your coconut oil and sweetener together and stir till combined.

Blend your cherries, coconut cream and coconut oil/sweetener mix until you reach a smooth consistency.

Transfer mixture to a bowl and mix through your protein powder and coconut flour and then the desiccated coconut.

Using a piping bag (or zip lock bag) pipe out your desired sized bars onto a parchment paper lined tray. 

Place in the freezer to set.

Once the bars are set melt your chocolate & coconut oil, mix them together and cover each bar in the chocolate mixture. 

Keep in the freezer until ready to eat. 🙌
