PEAR CINNAMON PROTEIN BITES

INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup walnuts
1/2 Scoop (15.5g) Gold Standard 100% whey protein powder Vanilla Ice Cream
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup diced pear
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tbsp almond butter


METHOD
1. In a food processor, pulse oats, walnuts, and protein powder into a flour-like consistency. Add diced pear, coconut oil, and almond butter. Pulse until a slightly stick dough forms.

2. Roll dough into balls. Freeze for 10 minutes to set.
